Send clear photos and videos of the damaged product and the outer packaging
We will arrange a free pickup from your registered delivery address within 1 to 2 working days
Your replacement will be dispatched promptly after the pickup is completed and the item is inspected

Please note: Damage claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.

3. Wrong Product Received

If you received a product that is different from what you ordered, we will arrange a free replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Please share the following with us:

Your Order ID
A description of what you received versus what you ordered
Clear photos or videos of the product received

4. Standard Return Policy

Our products are premium physical printed educational materials — including books, journals, posters, and flashcards. Because of the nature of these products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

All sales are final once an order has been dispatched, except in the following cases:

Product received in damaged condition
Incorrect product shipped by us

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched via Bluedart Express, cancellation is not possible because the parcel is already in transit.

Given our commitment to dispatch within 1 to 2 hours during working hours, please act immediately if you need to cancel your order.

6. Order Shows Delivered But Not Received

If your order tracking status shows delivered but you have not physically received the product, contact us immediately with your Order ID. We will investigate the matter with Bluedart Express and take the necessary action to resolve it as quickly as possible.

7. Payment Deducted But Order Not Confirmed

If your payment was deducted from your account but your order was not confirmed, please do not worry. This is a standard banking issue and is not uncommon.

Banks automatically reverse failed transactions within 5 to 7 working days. You do not need to take any action in most cases.
