Cancellation & Refund Policy

FIVE STRATEGY CONSULTANTS LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has
therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the
vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them

• FIVE STRATEGY CONSULTANTS LLP does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items
like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the
quality of product delivered is not good.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team.
The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his
own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel
that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the
notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer
Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer
the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the FIVE STRATEGY CONSULTANTS LLP, it’
ll take 1-2 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Returns & Exchanges 

In the event, the Items delivered to you any of the following items:

  • Items that are physically damaged or defective;
  • Items that varies from the description;
  • Items that are wrongly delivered;
  • Wrong Color;
  • Wrong Style;
  • Wrong Size;

The COVID-19, Coronavirus situation has brought out many changes in our lifestyle. To add to the fight COVID-19, we have re-purposed our production and dispatch lines. We are providing products and equipment to slow down the virus spread. Our process has been overhauled to ensure protection, social distancing and high grade sanitization at all levels.

Every individual who enters our premises is monitored for even a slightest sign of illness.

Masks and Gloves are worn by every member of our team.

All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly.

Team members sanitize their hands at regular intervals.

Our courier partners have been instructed to conduct contact less deliveries.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation:

Once the shipment has been handed over to courier we won’t be able to cancel or refund the same.

If in any case we are unable to make it reach to you due to local area restrictions we will hold the shipment for you.

In extreme circumstances, we will credit your account with the same value and we will try and recall the shipment!

Replacement

We won’t be doing replacement unless product received are damaged

No exchange is possible because of hygiene reasons.

This rule is for all products may it be t-shirt, phone case, poster or mask.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@tmgo.in and send your item to “Payal Complex, Opp Vadodara Stock Exchange, Sayajigunj, Vadodara, Gujarat, India 390020”

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: “Payal Complex, Opp Vadodara Stock Exchange, Sayajigunj, Vadodara, Gujarat, India 390020”

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
